String Orchestra: Meets During CORE+ (1:40 to 2:25) Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, and is made up of students in 6th, 7th and 8th grade, String students will also have weekly section rehearsal lessons. The String Orchestra will represent Glenwood at the Howard County Orchestra Festival.

Symphonic Orchestra: A premier select group of young musicians made up of members of the Glenwood String Orchestra and wind and percussion members from the Wind Ensemble. This group is selected by audition and will meet as needed during CORE+.

Your instrument (violin, viola, ‘cello, bass, etc.)

Accessories specific to your instrument, such as rosin, shoulder rest, rock stop and wipe cloth.
